Warm up this winter with one of our exclusive seated lunches. Whatever the occasion, we can cater to create a a simply warming experience, whether it be with friends or work family. Our talented chefs have created a unique monthly menu starting from only £45.00 per head.

    Starter

    Leek and potato soup

    Ham & hock terrine, grilled rosemary bread, piccalilli sauce

    Smoked rainbow trout, beetroot pure, dill potato salad



    Main

    Roast chicken breast, curly kale, truffle mash, crispy chicken skin, tarragon sauce

    Pan fried salmon, smoked aubergine caviar, crushed potato, and caper and anchovy emulsion

    Linguine, parmesan Velouté, crispy hen’s egg


    Dessert

    Chocolate marquise, orange sorbet

    Rice pudding, rhubarb jam

    Pine butter parfait, caramelized banana and pistachio ice-cream

    Steamed asparagus, tarragon hollandaise, crispy egg

    Salmon gravlax, avocado mousse, peppered crème fraiche, shaved vegetables

    Chicken terrine, grilled artichokes, pickled vegetables, balsamic glace


    Main

    Pea mint risotto, spring onions, Parmesan crisp

    Lamb rump, fondant potato, grilled pak choi, pea mint purée, baby carrots

    Pan fried cod, crushed potato sautéed spinach, anchovy caper sauce



    Dessert

    Elderflower burnt Cambridge cream, pickled rose petals

    Rhubarb crumble, cinnamon ice cream

    Blueberry bake well tart, poached berries, clotted cream
